The staff were friendly and lovely, and the family facilities, especially for kids, were excellent. The complimentary items in the rooms were basic, which is why I don't think it’s worth the price.

Honestly, the experience surpassed expectations for a family trip, with kids and adults enjoying the swimming, play area, and river, plus the spacious room divided comfortably for a family of adults and up to three children. The service was elegant and wonderful from check‑in to check‑out, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. In the evening there were some events, but the only drawback was that the children's play area had a very limited number of games—only enough for 6 or 7 kids—while many more children had to wait their turn.
Everything was excellent, and we liked everything; the service was outstanding.
