The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and well equipped. I booked half‑board, but when I arrived for breakfast and lunch they surprised me with a restaurant bill of 100 000 IDR that hadn’t been mentioned during booking.

La chambre était vraiment sale, les draps était jaune on aurait dit des urines les serviettes était également sale et des insectes, se balader sur le lit. Nous y sommes resté même pas 1h et nous avons changés d’hôtel les tapis de douche était aussi très sale

Everything was perfect – the pool area is beautifully designed with cosy loungers and you can order food and drinks right by the pool. The room was roomy and spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely convincing with a great selection and generous portions. Huge thanks to the exceptionally attentive and helpful staff! Unfortunately, the guestbook was outdated, the transfer prices were wrong, and we couldn’t use the laundry service that same day. A few cups in the bathroom would have been nice.

Overall everything was pleasant – the rooms are pretty, the pool is great, and the staff are attentive. The location is a real plus. It’s a pity the bathroom sink isn’t fixed; it’s poorly adjusted and splashes a lot around the basin. There’s also a leak in the cabinet. And if we end up staining the laundry, the note on the price to pay is clear, but the problem is that all the towels and bath mats are already stained.
