I loved the spot and the breakfast, but the elevator was a bit of a hassle in that historic building.

It’s close to the metro and buses and very near the restaurants. There was no staff present, even though they were supposed to be there from 2 pm to 8 pm, and you hardly saw anyone. We had to call the office to ask a question. There are 23 steps to reach the elevator, and another 23 steps to exit the building, which is very inconvenient and unsafe for people with a cane. The elevator was tiny, only for two people, cramped and hard to breathe. The shower was also very small. Read all reviews carefully; people seem to write incorrect information for some reason. It wasn’t worth the money, costing me about 250 dollars per night.

The breakfast was excellent, though it’s not in the building but worth the walk. The access to the rooms was terrible, the elevator didn’t work consistently, so we had to climb four floors with our luggage! The stairs were super slippery. I expected a better reception at check‑in.

“Cozy stay”

We had a pleasant stay! The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served at a partner café, where the staff were equally friendly and the food was delicious. :). One note: the building’s elevator was broken due to braking several times. Although this was unrelated to the hotel, it made bringing heavy luggage up and down the stairs challenging

The location and breakfast were impressive. We had the inconvenience that our room wasn’t available and were sent to another hotel for two days. They didn’t warn us until we arrived, but they fixed it by giving us another accommodation.
