The spot is unbeatable for water play, and when a gusty day hit we just slipped inside and kept the fun going. My room didn’t have an ocean view, but the shared area right by the elevator offered a perfect Panpo‑po‑gu panorama, so I kept popping out to watch the weather. The wind got strong enough to make the water chilly, yet I could dash back to the room and warm up instantly, which was great. Being able to cook in the room was a plus, with basic utensils already there; I packed a broth for hangover, boiled it at the lodge, swam, then cooked ramen – all worked out nicely. The fridge was spacious and even had a freezer, so I could freeze water and carry ice packs when I left. The balcony’s clothes‑line came in handy, and parking was hassle‑free. I also made good use of the water dispenser and microwave tucked near the elevator. On the downside, the facilities look pretty worn and seem barely maintained, which was a bit disappointing, though nothing broke. The bathroom was especially rough, likely because salty sea water keeps hitting it, yet the water pressure stayed fine. It didn’t feel dirty despite the age. They only gave two towels on arrival for three people, which was odd, but they did bring more when I asked.
