Nagyszerű helyen, luxus környezetet teremtettek, következetesen végigvitték a keleties hangulatot. Pazar reggeli és (a félpanzióhoz tartozó) vacsora, nagyon okosan két turnusra bontva. Udvarias professzionális személyzet. Az egyik tágas, kényelmes prémium szobában (126) a világítás kapcsolása kaotikus, logikátlan és abszolút nem kényelmesen elhelyezett villanykapcsolókkal van megoldva

The bedding was somehow off. I couldn’t say exactly what was wrong, but I couldn’t sleep on it at all.

The name alone was compelling, everything was magical :-) The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. I’d especially like to mention the front and back bar teams, who tended to thirsty guests from morning till night, going above and beyond. The food quality, variety and preparation were first‑class, both at breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The wellness area was perfect inside and out in size, quality and experience. We’ll definitely come back.
