This Junior Suite boasts ample space and is equipped with air conditioning, a sofa, and a flat-screen television with cable channels. A secure storage unit and closet are also provided. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobe for added convenience. Additionally, the suite includes a refrigerator, minibar, and a dedicated workspace with a desk.

The staff were extremely friendly, always ready to help and very considerate. The neighborhood was also nice.
The rooms were not clean and overall very average.
The hotel’s proximity to the city centre is a plus, yet everything wasn’t 100 % clean. The TV is archaic, so better not have one. Breakfast is similar to other places in Lombok, but they don’t cover buffet dishes, so they cool quickly (and aren’t kept warm either). You have to arrive right when the restaurant opens. The triangular construction creates an echo that can be heard from the lobby below and back up. Also, there can easily be a view‑to‑view situation if you open the curtains, with people walking in the corridors to the rooms, and the doors aren’t always shut (because there’s only one key card per room, so people leave it open when someone exits, and if the door isn’t latched it stays open).
