From the moment we were welcomed, the staff made us feel right at home. They handed out handy little cards with all the info, kept everything spotless, and the food was delicious with excellent service. It was a perfect weekend—highly recommend and I’ll definitely return.

The room with a balcony was lovely, the kitchen was tasty, and the staff were very friendly—nothing over the top. The Silveretta premium card was a nice bonus for exploring the valley. It’s a shame a 4‑star hotel doesn’t offer a minibar in the room.

The place was spotless and the food was excellent. The kids’ menu options were limited, and I’d suggest adding fruit to the daily two‑flavor gelato selection.
