“DO NOT STAY HERE”
The noise from other rooms woke me up at midnight, and when I got up I was ankle‑deep in drain waste—everywhere in the guest house was flooded because the toilets in three rooms were leaking from the base. After an hour of constant texting and unanswered calls, the host finally showed up to fix the problem. My fabric luggage bag and about half of my clothes got contaminated with the drain waste, and I was exposed as well. The host moved me to another room at 1.30 am, but refused any compensation—no refund, no laundry, just a promise of a discount on a future visit. I’m still negotiating for at least a full refund. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude are appalling. Do not stay here.

The owners were lovely, though we didn’t speak Italian and they didn’t speak much English, which made communication a bit tricky—but that’s on us. The breakfast was amazing; we loved the pastries, eggs, yogurt, juice, and coffee delivered to our room each morning. The bed was comfortable, and the location was great for our visit, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum. There was nothing we didn’t like; it served its purpose for our trip.
A charming apartment in the center of Rome, very close to all attractions. The hosts were excellent, especially the two ladies who take care of the rooms and breakfast ♥️. Communication was flawless, with all the necessary information. The breakfast in the room was a perfect start to a beautiful day in Rome. We will definitely come back!
