The breakfast was fine. The service quality and the room were poor. The bar closed at 23:00, so there was no way to get a bottle of wine up. The air‑conditioning didn’t work, and there was no way to lower the temperature. I was sent to a WhatsApp group where it was stated I could contact them any time, but when I asked a question I never received a reply. The standards are far below those of a Hilton.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff welcoming. Nothing to add.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The hotel’s location was good and only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest S‑bahn station. At breakfast one has to make compromises in selection and quality for a Hilton hotel. The extra bed for a child was a fold‑down bed with a thin mattress.

The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was complete and delicious, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, the room was well sound‑proofed, the establishment was quiet, the materials were high quality, and the parking was available. No complaints.
