When I arrived the bathroom was dirty with hair and the bed sheets were full of hair and stains, which was disappointing and I had to wait for everything to be cleaned; I asked for a room change and they said there were none left, so I waited for the cleaning. The space is too small and all the street noise can be heard.

I liked everything. The neighborhood EL POBLADO is excellent, with shops, the metro nearby, and the staff is great.

When we arrived, they told us the air conditioning in our room was leaking, so they offered to move us to another hotel in the same chain, Nam Boutique, and the experience was excellent—great service, a beautiful and spacious room. The only downside was that the bathroom sinks at Nam Boutique were a bit small.

The location is very good and the stay is quiet; the room could be a bit wider, the bathroom better designed, and there was no door between the shower and the toilet.
