Breakfast was outstanding, and the three dinners were spot‑on. The chef really knows his stuff. The wellness area is great and everything is exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean, sauna was awesome, breakfast and dinner were very good, staff super friendly and sweet. You can grab coffee and tea all day if you want. The sauna is great, just a bit odd that you have to walk through the hotel (past the restaurant where people are eating) to get back to your room – that was the only downside. Wish there was a pool.

From the get‑go you feel the family vibe at Hotel Castell. Every team member – front desk, service, room staff – is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcome. The food is simply top: fresh, tasty, lovingly prepared. Cleanliness throughout the property is exemplary. A hotel you can recommend with confidence and will gladly return to.

The breakfast is very good and hearty, covering everything you need for a day on the slopes. The midday snack and the evening five‑course menu are also positives.
