“Great location in a beautiful setting”

The location is fantastic—you can walk to everything. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The double doors and windows block most noise, but Florence stays noisy until the middle of the night, so a little sound still leaks through.

“Lovely room, great location! Great staff!”

This place was really nice! The room was big, the tub huge, hot water and good pressure 😃. It sits in a square with plenty of restaurants, and the veranda for breakfast and evening cocktails and aperitifs was beautiful.

The staff on the busy terrace were fabulous, getting you a seat quickly, bringing drinks right away, and offering small snacks. They’re funny, attentive, and not at all jaded—very professional. The terrace is beautiful, quiet for breakfast, and lively at night. The location is great, within easy walking distance to everything. Our room, number 6, was a nice, clean, comfortable space with a lovely bathroom, but it’s right next to the kitchen and reception. The hotel added an extra sound‑proof door, yet you can still hear banging and other noises in the room. It was fine for us since we stayed up late, and we were lucky to get a room at all during peak season in this small hotel.

“Perfect!”

The most amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were great! We arrived before check‑in and were offered a cappuccino and croissant at the rooftop bar. The room was lovely with an incredible view of Florence and a great breakfast on the rooftop. We loved the walkable location and the piazza’s nice evening vibe. Would love to stay again if we return to Florence!

We especially liked the rooftop terrace, but the air‑con was extremely loud.
