The location was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly, and parking was free. I arrived at 10:30pm and the front‑desk guy was not friendly at all; he was actually quite rude. My room only had two towels even though there were four of us staying there. I asked for more towels, trying not to be a bother because it was late, but the same receptionist told me to find someone else to get them for me and spoke to me with a bad attitude.

Breakfast was good, the place was quiet, clean, and felt safe. The staff was very rude both days, mainly at the front desk, and the pool was closed.

I loved the pillows and the bed. No one really greeted me and the staff didn’t seem interested in being at work; the vibe of friendliness was missing. More cheerful faces and smiles would really help.
