The view was nice, but the pool policy wasn’t advertised.

Everything was excellent, nothing bad to say.

This is the best hotel and experience I've ever had; the service staff made you feel seen even before you entered. They fetched your luggage, introduced the hotel, and were available 24/7. Nothing to dislike – the room was perfect, the spa and food were excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm and inclusive.

The staff were friendly, the building had an amazing atmosphere, the room size was comfortable, the view was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the gym offered an outstanding view of the city and sea; however, parking required an extra fee.

The rooms were strikingly beautiful and spotless, and the location was fairly central – about a 25‑minute walk to the historic centre – with well‑organized facilities and very friendly staff, but the deposit was a surprise: €50 per night, and we stayed six nights, so paying that amount up front felt odd.
