The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the resort feels safe—no dislikes.

The room was great and the spot was perfect. However, there were no towels; we asked and only got two temporary ones while the cleaners were supposed to deliver more. The beach had no towels at all. For the price we paid, that service was really poor.

Terrible experience During our stay we have been seriously bitten by bed‑bugs. Seriously!!! We cancelled our stay and went back to BKK. Rooms, beds, bathrooms not clean. Whole hotel needs urgent renovation. Breakfasts - not many choice. Personnel do not speak english. Area, beach, surroundings very quiet, cam - not many tourists - but (!!!) there is a problem with straying, homeless, aggressive dogs

Resort with colorful seaside designs on the peaceful Had Chao Samran Beach, a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, clean, helpful staff (thumb up!), all you can eat fresh prepared Thai and English/ American breakfast, standard pool with sea views. Musty smells upon arrival but all clear off after air conditioning, windows couldn’t be opened
