The staff were quick to respond and fixed every problem we mentioned. The kitchen was very accommodating and adjusted the spice level of our dishes for us. There were some issues outside the property that the manager and his team couldn’t control.

Our stay at Tree of Life Hotel was the most disappointing for me and my friends. The photos look nice, but the actual place feels very old, tired, and worn out. Problems began right away: loud guests played music all night and the staff did nothing. A drunk guest even used a key to enter my friend’s room twice, and we later learned that every room shares the same key, so there is no safety at all. After arguing, they promised a 20 % discount on any service for that incident, including food and spa, but they never discounted the spa, and when we paid the food bill they tried to cheat us twice. It is the most overpriced hotel I’ve stayed in; the rooms look super old, some are humid and moldy, making it impossible to sleep. The next day my clothes were damp and had a terrible moldy smell—dangerous for your health. Receptionists were super unprofessional and uneducated. I wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

Teji was our host and was very attentive to our needs and helped us feel taken care of from the moment we got to the property. His staff was also amazing and active in trying to make us feel comfortable and curating our experience. We had a special Greek meal prepared for our Greek friend, the local food preparations were excellent as well. Highly recommend this stay!. A little pretentious ?

The stay at the Tree of Life was fantastic, food and service was amazing, a place itself has such a special feel - art mixed with Himalayan beauty and personal service. Revitalising plunge in a pool with a Kullu valey view after day of exploring, just one of the highlights. Teji, Satish, Gourav and others made sure our stay was special, taking care of every little request and showing attention at every step
