The kitchen was amazing – everything we ordered was excellent, from the garlic soup to the sparrow, dumplings, and hermelin. The breakfast didn't offend me, but it also didn't impress. The location of the hotel is, of course, fantastic. What I will start with is something that can be endured but is not very acceptable for a price of 3700 per night: the mattress is really uncomfortable and low. The soundproofing was shaky; we heard a romantic moment from the room above us, as if we were there with them. Luckily, it was finished in a minute. What is truly unacceptable? The service. The entire waitress for dinner and breakfast totally ruined everything good. Why does management accept this? It's not a protected workshop. Why isn't there a manager overseeing operations? We left 5k for one day. I don't need the service to go crazy, but why is it hostile towards us? Never again.
