The place is good and honest. I saw some negative comments from previous guests, but I don't understand why; everything was wonderful.

First, the cleaning ladies were polite and kept a smile on their faces despite being tired. Second, Mrs. Anna at the beach bar was courteous, made excellent coffee, and stayed cheerful even when exhausted. Everyone else at the bar was also friendly and always ready to help. The positives were that the sunbeds were free, the beach area was very clean, and the sea was fantastic. I hope the manager appreciates this and pays these people well because they truly make a difference at your hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was that we requested a triple room but were given a double; I don’t know if that affected the price, and we could have had a third person join us at the last minute, but that didn’t happen. Also, the soundproofing isn’t great, so if you’re a family with small children, that could be a problem. Fortunately, I had earplugs, so I didn’t have any issues and slept well.

“Decent”

Overall, the experience was good. Dinner and other meals were delicious, and most staff were friendly, except for the receptionist girl and the pool barmaid who were less pleasant. The facilities are easy to use, the sea is very close, and I love that the sunbeds are free for hotel guests, so no hassle of finding a spot or paying. The hotel is quiet, clean, and convenient. On the downside, the hotel feels outdated, like it’s from the 2000s. The pool was a bit dirty, as was the gym. The beach bar’s food and drink options were limited, but it was sufficient.
