The staff were courteous, but when I first entered the room I struggled with opening the door and turning on the lights and would have appreciated a bit more guidance.

The room turned out larger than I imagined, the large onsen bath was available and empty, and the location was convenient, but the parking lot was narrow and when a truck was parked next to it it took about ten minutes just to get my car out.
