When I checked in, the hotel charged me again for a booking fee because they thought I hadn’t paid online; they later admitted it was a mistake and promised a refund, but after I left they charged me another unexplained amount.

I liked the location, but I arrived a day early at midnight and the staff refused to honor my reservation; I had to book a new night with a different provider and then they charged me for both the original and the new booking, costing me $255 with no one taking responsibility.
