Utopia is a real utopia for every European who needs a little bit of western‑style rest. Amazing smoothie bowls for breakfast with French‑press or moka‑pot coffee, yoga and meditation space on the top of the building, spacious and tasty decorated rooms with balconies overlooking the ricefields. And a brilliant location, within walking distance from the North Cliff, but tucked away from its frenzy. The owner and her daughter (both Europeans) are also very kind, attentive and really understand how Europeans like to travel. Thank you for the stay!

Nice and quiet location, clean rooms. The property is about 10/15 minutes away from the main Varkala beach. The hosts take very good care and are very warm and friendly, always smiling and personally making and serving breakfast which is basic but they never say no for anything. The only downside is that the rooms could provide a small work station.
