“Overall very good, but would benefit from better attention to detail and training”

The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, and spacious. Breakfast, though pricey, was superb in both variety and quality, offering western, local, and East Asian options. Service from the food and beverage teams at the breakfast restaurant and pool bars was consistently excellent, a credit to the hotel. The pool area was large and enjoyable, and the separate toddler’s pool was a hit. Front‑of‑house service—reception, porter, and taxi coordinators—was lacking; on several occasions we were told one thing and the reality was different. This is often the case throughout the UAE. The view from the high floor could have been exceptional, but dirty windows obscured it. The location is central, yet the area is still under construction, and supermarkets or restaurants are a taxi ride away.

“كل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال وحامل الحقائب من الجنسيه المصريه كانو متعاونين جدا للأسف لا اعرف اسمائهم”

The room was quiet and comfortable, with a well‑designed layout and ample space. However, the hotel did not accept orders, so I had to go down to a specific point to pick them up, and I was not allowed to drink coffee or juice in the lobby if it wasn’t from the hotel.
