“Lovely hotel with top notch customer service”

The staff made our stay perfect. Lalji took care of us, arranged a boat tour, a driver, and a tuk‑tuk to explore the area, and even gave us prime parking inside the residence. Breakfast was really good, and we appreciated the cook catering to our requests. Lalji informed us of an upcoming power cut before it happened, and the generator kept the family working during that time. They truly go above and beyond for guests. Thank you. The only downside is the train line behind the residence; we requested a front‑room to avoid it, which worked out fine, but the noise can still be heard when it passes by.

The location is good, but every day the same porotta is served for breakfast. If you’re hoping for a quiet night’s sleep, you might want to rethink, especially if you’re staying downstairs where train horns and footsteps echo all night. You probably won’t need an alarm because the loud footsteps from people walking upstairs will wake you. You can’t eat in the room, and if you want a glass of water you must bring your own; there are no coffee or tea packets, so I’m not sure how this place got such good reviews. The AC didn’t cool properly. The staff were okay, but overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than ₹2,000 (about £20); it’s definitely not worth paying more.
