Excellent location near restaurants and shops. The only downside is that there is a kettle and a microwave, but no tea bags or instant coffee.

Spent three nights at this place, which sits right near the Spanish Quarter and close to both the metro and funicular. The room was cozy, spotless, and the air‑conditioner made a real difference. Davide was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely come back.
