The hotel has a lot of charm, and the owner is a sweetheart who helped us with everything and always answered our questions—even outside reception hours. The rooms were spotless, and the location was great, just a 10‑minute walk from the old town. I recommend it 100% 100%.

The pool and common areas are lovely. The room was infested with cockroaches; we spent half an hour inside and already had killed two. We told the hotel manager, who promised the cleaning staff would take care of it, but nothing was done and the dead cockroaches were never removed. There was barely any light in the room, and instead of a double bed they gave us two single beds. On checkout day no one was at reception; I sent a message and got a reply after two hours, and when I returned for my luggage we still had no one to help, so we had to leave it in the lobby. I wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel looked and felt so authentic, which is exactly what I was after. It has a lovely pool and is attached to a convenient restaurant. Right outside the hotel is a temple and a shopping area. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the location was very close to the airport.
