“I was not at all comfortable.”
Only the location was acceptable; I consistently received dirty towels.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the cushions and blanket were dirty and had a bad odor, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned.

We booked a non‑smoking room, yet a lingering smoke smell greeted us; proper ventilation is needed. After we requested a change, the issue was resolved, so it’s acceptable.
