The building was top‑quality, close to all attractions, tastefully decorated and newly renovated, with almost perfect services and staff; the room exceeded my expectations, and coffee and water were always available. The only issue was that on the last night there was no hot water for the shower, which I suspect was just a small hiccup that the staff could have fixed if I had asked, but the next day I had to leave at 4:00 am and there was no way to resolve it, whereas at other times they would have surely fixed the problem.

We stayed as two couples in two double rooms and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The rooms were spotless, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to get everywhere on foot. Parking is convenient, with nearby options and free street parking available on Saturday nights and all day Sunday. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shout‑out to Magdalena, who was absolutely lovely! She was incredibly sweet, polite, attentive, and always ready to help. She is truly a wonderful person and made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and service. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sofia! Highly recommended! ❤️

Excellent location, clean room, and friendly staff. A welcome drink and more! Provided kindly every morning! Together with coffee pods and biscuits in a small common room to start the morning, even though breakfast wasn’t included. A real treat of the property that was very appreciated! The staff were very kind and available for any situation. Truly central, reachable to all the main attractions of the city on foot. The room was refreshed and scented every day. Nothing really missing! (Except the bidet for us Italians, but that’s common in all of Bulgaria as far as we understand). Bring your own intimate cleaner.

The property sits in a super strategic spot for reaching all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, equipped with every convenience, and truly clean. The front‑desk staff are friendly, welcoming, available, and I felt really at home. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who tells me they want to visit Sofia! For me, a 10/10 on every aspect!
