Everything was perfect, they were very honest, and when we accidentally transferred twice, they refunded the overpayment promptly. I liked everything.

The house is pretty and the décor is nice. The smell that rises into the rooms is terrible. The sheets and pillows smell like sweat and dirt. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness was not good; it smelled unpleasant.

My stay at Hotel 593 in Baños had some positives and some things that could improve. The location is very good and the breakfast was very pleasant. However, the room assigned to me was uncomfortable: the extra‑large bed seemed to have been fitted with two different types of mattresses and was positioned right against the window. The back of the bed is a board, and cold air enters through the gaps in the window. Also, the bathroom curtain rails were dirty, which affected the sense of cleanliness and comfort. I believe that improving these details could make the experience much more satisfying.

The hotel was really nice and close to the public pool area; we liked the quiet surroundings. Nothing else.
