The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was complete. However, the Wi‑Fi was non‑existent in the room; I had to step out into the hallway to get a signal, which was very disappointing and not up to the standard of a three‑star hotel.

Breakfast featured a wide buffet selection that looked appealing, and the location was convenient, just a 2‑minute walk from the RER A station. Parking in the front was limited, but there was backup parking available. The staff helped me fix strange noises coming from the air‑conditioning unit in the ceiling. Rooms were clean and comfortable. On the downside, you have to exit your car to call reception at the parking gates. The two elevators beside each other are not well optimised – guests often call both to see which one is first, and when one is busy it stops at every floor.

The location, modern design, and recent construction with a restaurant are positives. The price was high, the room was dirty, poorly insulated, the TV was dysfunctional, and the breakfast was half empty.
