Collection O Hotel Silver Inn

I've been coming back to this hotel with my family for years and it's always a great experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is really flexible - they've even extended our stay for us when we needed it. The rooms are a good size, with a balcony and all the essentials, and it's conveniently located near food and other facilities. Yeah, the hotel's a bit old, but it's got character and it's always quiet.

“It was horrible experience as the hotel denied stay last minute. They were trying to get more money”

We had a really rough time with this hotel - they initially refused to let us check in because we'd booked online, even though we'd already paid half the fee. It was late at night and we were stuck in a pretty remote area of Bhopal with no other options, so we had to insist they let us in. To make matters worse, they're way further from the city centre than they claim - 14kms, not 5!

“No advice to hire thus hotel”

The location was actually pretty good, but that's where it ends. The room and service at the hotel were a disappointment.

“Location is good of hotel , just on the main road. But the property is not maintained”

This place was a total disappointment - the washroom was in a terrible state, and to make matters worse, the hotel initially refused to honour our booking. We had to get customer care involved just to get a room, which was pretty frustrating.
