I left after realizing the check‑in process was impossible because the desk had no staff; after waiting over 20 minutes and hearing from other guests about how awful the place was, I left. I quickly requested a cancellation, but was denied a refund or cancellation. Fortunately, the property later messaged me to apologize for my frustration.

The staff were great, giving you exactly what you need when you need it, always smiling and eager to help with booking changes; it was the best place I could ever stay to meet my first girlfriend, a truly unforgettable experience. I appreciate the staff's willingness and the cleanliness. Highly recommend.
