This is my favorite hotel and the staff are very nice.

The room was high‑level but needed a bit of maintenance; the bathroom was tiny (not suitable for overweight guests) and the shower had almost no water pressure, which made washing difficult—this was reported to reception.

The staff were friendly, good, and polite, but I think there was a tour group and they made a lot of noise very early in the morning.

The hotel is in a quiet area; however, there was no bidet in the bathroom, which felt like we were in Paris.
