This hotel was honestly like a dream for me. The place was beautiful, new, super clean, and much nicer than the photos. The location in Achrafieh was perfect, calm, safe, clean, and close to everything. But the best part was the staff. They literally became like family to me. Every day we would talk before I went out, and when I came back at night I had to sit with them again, talk, laugh, and drink coffee. Even on the days I stayed in my room, they would call me and say, “Where are you? Do you need anything?Come down, let’s have coffee together” They were so kind, funny, generous, and caring with me. I felt safe, comfortable, respected, and really happy during my whole stay. I was actually so sad when my trip ended and I had to leave. I will never forget Kanaan, Salem, Sarkis, Samer, Ahmad H, Peter, and Sarah. They made my stay so special, and honestly I can’t imagine coming back to Lebanon and staying anywhere else. Nothing at all
