I had made a reservation, but the hotel cancelled it at the last minute.

Only the bed and shower area are clean, and the housekeeper refills four water bottles for me daily. The staff can’t speak English, and the whole hotel smells of cigarettes all day because everyone smokes everywhere; I had to open the door and window on my first night. The closet is dusty, and the breakfast is terrible.
