The shower pipe was loose, causing a shaky connection, and the water pressure was so high it made bathing uncomfortable. The washroom floor was slick, and the old plug required an adapter that wasn’t supplied. There was no valet parking, so guests had to park on the ground floor, which was far from the hotel.

The rooms were clean and nice, but there was no refrigerator. The night‑shift manager—Raju or Rajan, I can’t recall—was very impolite and seemed to struggle with basic conversation, clearly needing more training.
