It was good, but often something was missing and I thought it worked that way… you have to ask. The staff limits the morning to one person. There is no shelf in the bathroom—no place to put a purse.

We spent wonderful days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the team’s treatment was exceptional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. You can see the care and detail they put into every corner of the hotel. Thank you very much for making our stay so special!

“Keinen zweiten Besuch”

The location is great, and at first glance the place looks clean, but a second look reveals it isn’t. I tried to contact the hotel several times over a two‑week period, but no emails were answered and nobody answered the phone. The bath towels were frayed and had holes that no one would willingly use. The bed linens also had holes, and the bathroom still showed traces from the previous guest, as did the floor. Breakfast was short and plain.

The breakfast value for the price was modest, but the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a free bike storage area. The booking site had clearly stated that check‑in was at 16:00 on Thursday afternoons, yet the hotel and restaurant doors, as well as the reception, didn’t open until an hour later at 17:00 according to the sign at the entrance, causing an unpleasant and unexpected wait due to poor communication. Wi‑Fi reception in rooms on the back part of the floor was not consistently reliable.
