At first glance the old lady who greets you seems friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee on the room the first day. The hotel is a bit outside, which wasn’t described. The view isn’t great and the photos in the description are heavily edited. When we arrived at 13:40, the whole hotel was chaotic. We were sent away again because check‑in only starts at 14:00. There are no sockets next to the bed. Breakfast is only from 9:00 to 10:00. There’s no buffet; some items are set out on the table. Bread and coffee have to be brought by the older lady, who sometimes forgets and then reacts badly if you take something yourself. I think she’s simply overwhelmed. She doesn’t remember names, what language you speak, how you drink your coffee or even if you drink it at all. Payment for the room is only in cash. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day; that’s not a problem, but unfortunately the water that must be used in Georgia for brushing teeth, etc., wasn’t refilled as it normally should be. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled either. There were small animals in the bathroom and there was a constant trickle of water somewhere. At the end of our stay we were begged to leave a positive review and we even had to promise it. That’s probably why we saw the good reviews beforehand. All in all, okay but absolutely not recommended by us.
