“RAZOÁVEL”
The breakfast was good and the staff handling it were excellent—very attentive and the food was well made. The room, however, didn’t match the price; the bedding and towels were clearly overdue for replacement.

The room was comfortable and super clean. The elevator doesn’t reach the top floor where the café is, but stairs are available.

The location is great, the breakfast is excellent, and the place is tidy. Occasionally the hallways are very noisy.

Nothing positive. I paid 285,00 for a night in a place that felt more like a hostel; it was supposed to be a queen bed but turned out to be two single beds with a gap between them, leaving me with severe back pain. The room had no soundproofing—every noise from other rooms and bathrooms was audible. The curtain was very simple and didn’t block the sun; by 6 am the room was already bright. The room was filthy, lacking a mini‑fridge, and had a lot of mold—my husband and I couldn’t sleep without itching our eyes and having a congested nose. The bathroom floor was broken and loose, everything was rusty, and even the hot shower water would suddenly turn cold. The affiliated parking is far away, so you basically need an Uber to get back. I don’t recommend it and would never stay again; it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in Curitiba.
