Very close to the beach. Staff and management are fine. No dedicated parking for guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to its delicious breakfast options, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent location, and proximity to numerous cafes and shops. The sandy beach was a lovely bonus. However, I did notice that some of the furniture was a bit old, but the breathtaking sea views made up for it.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, I appreciated the clean new sheets and towels, and the bed was comparable to what I've had before. However, I was disappointed to find that the room, which was supposed to be a premium one with a sea view, was very old and shabby, with issues like a hole in the ceiling for the air conditioning, peeling wallpaper, and a damaged floor. The breakfast was also a letdown, with no authentic Vietnamese dishes to be found.

The hotel's stunning views from my room, coupled with the attentive and helpful staff, made for a truly memorable experience. The rooftop pool was a lovely touch, and the hotel's location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire setup.
