I liked that it was smoke free and had a good aesthetic. My room had leftover wet towels from previous persons, there was popcorn kernels on my floor, and I wish I would’ve read that the breakfast was not free

The staff seemed clueless about what was happening, the pool was utterly disgusting, bathroom supplies were gone, and the room was so dark it felt like a dungeon; for a Hilton property it fell short of Hilton standards.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful, easy to relate to, and made our experience great! The Jacuzzi water could have been hotter.
