Everything about this hotel was amazing—right in the center of everything, so no need to Uber; the amenities and room were gorgeous.

I appreciated the location and the staff were fantastic, even during the crisis they helped everyone; the only downside was the power outage—since I was on oxygen they moved me to a room across the street, but the hotel lacked a large enough backup generator, and they should keep regular coffee in the rooms.
