The accommodation is stunning, the staff are exceptionally courteous, and the room is cozy and lovely. We received a free upgrade, enjoyed tasty dinners—including hotpot with fresh ingredients—and the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the mountains was the highlight of the morning. We’d come back anytime—thanks!

The location was great, the hotel itself is solid, breakfast was excellent and the fish—tuna they just call it “salmon”—was tasty. The odd part that left a bad taste was the hostess at dinner: she greeted us, introduced herself, asked if everything was fine, and we didn’t expect that; we didn’t try to talk to her either, she did it herself. When we were leaving, we walked past her in the rain to a motorcycle, she didn’t even say “goodbye,” even though she had just sent off a larger group. The strangest thing was that the staff member who accompanied us to the parking asked us to wait beside the bike (it was raining) while the other staff checked if the room was still okay after we left and if we had broken anything… It felt like we could have done that while paying, for example. The staff overall is super friendly, no complaints there.
