I was very impressed with the room; I especially liked the blinds that you could push a button to go up and down. The room was very dark for sleeping and very quiet—I didn’t hear any noise. The bed was awesome, the sheets were so soft and nice, and I even ordered a king flat sheet for myself, haha. Thank you, thank you—I love the cookies in the lobby, and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely return to a Holiday Inn Express on my travels. Thank you, Diane Croften.

Clean and good location. Breakfast lacked adequate gluten‑free options.

“Clean, comfortable and great location.”

The room was very comfortable and clean, with great beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean and roomy for a hotel bathroom. Breakfast was good—coffee was great—with a variety of options, and the staff was very friendly. The building’s exterior needs attention; it was overgrown with weeds, giving the impression that it isn’t being maintained. The hotel is non‑smoking, which is important to us, but many people smoke outside the lobby door, leaving a mess of cigarette butts everywhere. A provision should be made for customers who smoke. The paver stones at the entrance are attractive but difficult to move luggage over, and the toilets need to be taller; they are hard for older people and when a man sits, parts of him are in the water—ENOUGH SAID.

The breakfast was good. The bathroom was clogged and I couldn’t take a shower; I didn’t know this when I arrived because I was so late I went straight to bed. The next day I tried to shower again, but it still wasn’t working.
