“Agréable”
The place; noise from the elevator near the room.
“N'a pas la qualité de service d'un 5* et donc devrait être sorti du label relais et châteaux !!”
It was impossible to eat at the hotel or in the room after 20:30. No towels were provided and the pool, far from the main building, had no service; the reception didn’t mention this, which was very unpleasant to walk back and forth in the heat to get a towel. The bathroom flooded on the first shower, the front‑desk staff were incompetent, and the services were far below a 5‑star castle hotel. There was no luggage‑carry service. Very disappointed!
The pool turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

A stunning hotel with a remarkable location, a very comfortable room that’s spacious and offers a beautiful valley view, a great restaurant with a professional welcome, and a young, enthusiastic team.

The place was marvelous, truly magnificent! Everything was superb. The castle could use an exterior renovation, but it’s still very pretty.
