“Would pay more to stay elsewhere.”
Location. Elevator was scary, bathtub was falling apart. Front desk clerk was sitting in lobby in a chair lounging on her phone. Walked by several times
“Fair”
Area. The breakfast. It was awful. Out of a lot of items, others were hard and dried. No one around to talk to about it. Person checking in was very hard to understand. When walked back in, she was on speaker phone in another language
It was ok
“The hotel is comfortable and located very near to the university. We would stay there again.”
The location was great, and the bed was comfortable, and they refreshed the towels without having to ask. The bathtub and sink I think are a little grungy with age
“Would definitely not recommend or stay there again”
The food was ok but not replenished very efficiently, ran out, took quite a bit of time to replace. There was only one person to handle food/kitchen plus handle front desk. Not her fault. Vending machines were mostly empty and looked shabby. Ice machine on our floor also looked very old and not clean. The entire hotel is in need of remodeling. The lobby furniture etc very very worn and just not appealing. Same for the hallways and rooms
