The owner is living a lavish lifestyle and putting no money back into the property. The pools bottom is chipping away, the bathrooms are dirty and have mold on the walls, the beds only have 2 flat pillows on them, I was given no clean towels or toilet paper after a room reset, the bed was old and uncomfortable, the curtains are filthy, the tv quality is horrendous and the noise levels from other drunk patrons is not looked at. Worst place to spend your money. Everything

“I will never recommend anyone to book there.”

Nothing good. The photos were misleading. The sleeper couches were dirty and uncomfortable, the lava area next to the swimming pool was dirty, the caretaker was rude and clueless about guest needs, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. Overall, not a happy experience with the accommodation.

The lapa area was fine, but the owners were very rude, looked down on us, and indirectly called my family stupid.
