Club Marvy

Food quality and variety were very good, rooms were very good, the adult beach area was very good, pickup worked perfectly; cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very engaged and helpful. Great stay. The organization and handling of the late check‑out was catastrophic and unprofessional. Six requests, unclear information, only on the day of departure after longer discussions could a move to an alternative room be arranged, very expensive, and the room was needed for medical reasons.

“Lekker eten, vriendelijke personeel, fijne infinity pool!”

The food was delicious, especially at the main restaurant, and the staff there were super helpful—when I ordered tea or a drink it arrived right away. The slides were a hit with the kids, and the 18+ pool had a relaxed vibe. The hotel itself is pretty nice. However, the pool area sometimes smelled, mainly in the evenings, while the infinity pool stayed odor‑free and was a pleasant spot. The whole resort is huge, so you have to travel everywhere by buggy, which is convenient but also annoying; there aren’t enough buggies, making you overly dependent on them and cutting into your vacation enjoyment. That was the biggest drawback. Entertainment options were limited, and the venue for them was small.

“Toller Urlaub in wundervoller Anlage”

The resort looks very pretty. It’s big, but the main facilities are close together. Occasionally there were longer wait times for the buggy.
