The property is a university hostel where you sleep in rooms usually occupied by students, so there is no daily cleaning, only a one‑time wipe‑down at the start of your stay; the beds are separate and the bathroom is minimal but suitable for a short visit. A free parking lot is in front, but you have to remember to renew the daily ticket. The area is a bit secluded, so you need to take a bus to reach the historic center; the first waterfront promenade is about twenty minutes on foot. The reception staff are multilingual and worth mentioning. The beds are uncomfortable and separated, with side rails on all sides that make climbing in difficult even for tall people; the price is high for the service offered, but in the area it was the only one at an acceptable rate. The online check‑in process, requested in advance, is complicated.
