The property was quiet, tidy, and clean, but I never had the chance to meet any of the staff.

“Pessimo. Sconsigliato se siete sensibili ai rumori del traffico notturno!”

I woke up to the constant hum of traffic at 5am, with the street right outside my first‑floor room so loud that the windows, not sound‑proofed, made it feel like I was sleeping on the road. The host never warned me beforehand that this would be the case, and after reading other reviews I discovered that previous guests had reported the same issue, so it wasn’t a one‑off. The host was responsive and replied quickly, but the only apology offered was a simple “I’m sorry”; no attempt was made to move me to a quieter room or to address the noise problem at all. I would not recommend this place.

“Qualità e cortesia”

I had stayed here before and it was a great, clean, organized B&B with discreet and friendly staff; the location was ideal for getting around, so I’ll come back. Nothing to add.

The location is outside the center of Rome, with excellent public transport access during the day, but at night there’s no mass transit. The place is nicely and cleanly set up, and the owner is professional. Nothing else.
