The property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The front‑desk lady was exceptionally sweet, and a woman named Coral answered all my questions. The only downside was that the shuttle didn’t run long enough, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The property was clean and beautiful, but people were partying at the pool past quiet time and were extremely loud. I was double‑charged for my stay, and even after the hotel promised a refund, nine days later I still hadn’t received it. They argued with me and forced me to go through a tedious process to get the refund approved.
